In the 20th century, King\u2019s Road became a symbol of London\u2019s fashion scene, and today it hosts numerous boutiques and cultural venues, including the Saatchi Gallery, which frequently holds exhibitions related to the industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"s4\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\">For many years, the event has been a platform for both emerging and established designers, particularly those whose work is inspired by the heritage of the Silk Road countries. Its long-standing CEO is Dr. Alma Farmer, winner of the 2021 &#8220;Best International Fashion Producer&#8221; award from Who\u2019s Who on the Red Silk Carpet (Chicago, USA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">The Autumn 2024 event was divided into two acts. The first focused on sustainable fashion, showcasing collections based on principles of eco-friendliness and ethical production. Creators demonstrated how innovative technologies and sustainable use of resources can result in fashionable and ethically produced clothing. The silhouette and various patterns referenced national costumes, as did the warm colour palette, especially the refined saffron hue. Both men\u2019s and women\u2019s outfits were demonstrated on the runway, including trousers, shorts, asymmetric skirts and shirts, coats, raincoats, and vests.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s6\"><span class=\"bumpedFont17\">The monochromatic palette was enhanced with subtle colour accents, while minimalist wire accessories, reminiscent of traditional Kyrgyz tambour embroidery, reinforced the minimalist aesthetic. A striking moment was a voluminous turquoise outfit with pleats and ruffles, paired with a robe adorned with lavish motifs and ornate embroidery.
