From 5 to 17 June, a series of open-air pop-up events will visit major cities including Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Cardiff, Oxford, and London. Sample authentic Uzbek dishes\u2014from aromatic plov to crispy samsa\u2014prepared by the country\u2019s top chefs. The tour culminates at the London festival, where an astonishing 1 tonne of plov will be cooked in ten traditional cauldrons!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is a great honour for me to cook plov for the festival guests again.
