I hold a Degree in Psychology, I’m an Advanced Practitioner of Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Supervisor, and I’m an EMDR Practitioner, which is substantiated by memberships of some highly esteemed professional bodies, such as BPS, BSCH, GHR, CNHC, and NGH.

I focus on working with your emotions which, in most cases, are the underlying root cause of your issues. Emotions drive your thoughts and behaviours, making you feel negative or do things that are not beneficial for you. Since emotions often come from your subconscious, it’s very hard to manage them through logical reasoning or using willpower.

My methods include clinical hypnotherapy and EMDR, alongside analytical and emotion-focused psychotherapy. Such a combination allows for achieving results faster than usual talk therapies do.

I successfully work with things like:

• confidence issues, depression and anxiety, incl. panic attacks
• relationships issues
• health issues where the conventional treatment doesn’t provide satisfying results
• “too much” behaviours of all kinds — eating, drinking, gambling, shopping, etc.
